Facing death. (for English speaking people)

It's the only thing we are sure that it is going to happen no matter the race or origin, or what you've done or experienced, good or bad; the most famous, greatest, man on earth and the most despised man have one thing in common, at the end, they will die.
As a matter of fact, we all die; even Walt Disney died, although there are Micky and Donald and many others still among us;  the possible hibernation of Mr. Disney is a science fiction film, still to see. But nobody talks about death or we talk because there is no choice and especially we are not educated and we do not reflect on this fact, probably if  we would think more frequently about death, we would improve our behavior in life.
The few wise men in the world have always had it in mind, turning around the issue.  Sure it's a little bit dark thought and gets upset many people around, concentrated in this hedonistic cult, a superficial approach where predominates nothing beyond the current moment and only it seems worthy the present.
Suddenly you know, you hear of someone who has a terrible illness, without return, no solution today, and very good doctors tell him that things are complicated and more. Then that person writes a letter to say goodbye, to explain his point of view, to face what is coming upon death.
And those who read the statement, addresses or not, remain frozen, astonished, amazed, due to the simplicity, integrity of the words; by the dignity of a simple man explaining that something happens inside his body, suffering the irreversible failure of an organ, which is going to die very soon.
It starts off the light, we must continue living, sharing things with others and suddenly comes the day that person leaves, he faces his fate with great spirit and is definitely going.
You stop seeing him, hearing him, he is no longer here.
You go back to reread the letter of farewell and verify the diagnosis, he died.
And you wonder  Now what?
