Faces of impotence or G8 portrait (for English speaking people)

I know they will tell you to dress casual for the G8 summit. The British PM must receive you in shirtsleeves with lakes on the background, giving the impression he is working. The advisers control every movement.

The family photo on the recent meeting of the G8 deserve a thought.
I ignore, if it is a coincidence, a simple snapshot or a misinterpretation. Neither optimistic nor pessimistic, it suggested to me a world without leaders of certain level  (we missed their category long time ago) and dominated by advisers. 

A world of powerless people.

And the truth is that in those eight major countries it must live great people as always it was, however their current representatives represent the farce of impotence.

Not just the story end here, because in the picture of G8 you count ten. Please count,  really ?

With raise hand U.S. and to the right UK, on the central position. Flanked by FR and RU . Together, GE and JA that it's curious; apparently the hardest workers together. IT and CA, as assistants to a party without knowing why. And all speaking English, even those who only speak English, really?

At the opposite ends, one in each of them, the two European Union representatives, Council and Commission. In total ten. Significant? Coincidence? And what smileys! Both, the European Council and the Commission representatives, have no face; both have never been people of good image and  apart from the chair and keep privileges, what they do? Yes I know, they are very responsible... really?

It is a world of advisers and counselors who should also be good because all these countries have extraordinary people, where are they, the good ones?
A great example is the role of the U.S. president. It seems as if his work was reduced to say a sentence. As if the advices give good results just finding a proper sentence that fits well in TV / newspapers / internet, with lack of real content and the devil walking between details and fine print. We know that JFK produced words for posterity and hooked, but I fear that there was something else, really ?

And so, the European Union is expressing what it is with UK, GE, FR , and IT in the photo and the other two.

Someone thinks this can work seriously?, really ?
