The leadership in Spain (for English speaking people)

It is a so nice word. Leadership !. The leader who guides, leads, the good leader.
This is written before the most serious game that involves our team against Brazil; because I guess we will win the following one. After making the mistake of seeing a news broadcast on the Spanish tv, I contemplated the faces of the three subjects, object of my reflection, watching the final match of the Under-21 Spaniard team.
Praise to the world champion, two-time champions of Europe and the Confederations hopefully! We lack the last one, which means an international summer game. First of all glory for the Spaniards !, but please, do not confuse us.
Certainly what I am going to say it will not be liked and if it would be issued it would destabilize the team.
Who are the leaders? X. Hernandez, Casillas and Del Bosque ? Sorry, I don't think they are. Surely they are good friends and get along well with each other. And definitely they are good people and the others are bad, bad people.
-X. Hernandez , from Tarrasa seems a man close-minded; short in their views, as if he hadn't learned anything except what is engraved in his brain. I wonder if he stops to think that there are other matters beyond what surrounds him. What is the use of traveling so much? He lost a lot of games and titles at first. He was fortunate to have great players at his side then and now. He won many titles What would he do in a different team? Elsewhere? He is of local perspectives, his environment,  he has a mental incongruity about the Spaniard team which he does not know how to explain in Castilian language. How can he be a leader? Please, do not compare him with other major players in his position, do not put him as an example. He should notice about his pal Pujol, Catalonian from La Massia. Not  "Catalino" like him (this is from a friend of mine), Pujol's a real eader.
The other two, one older than the other, are not as local as X. Hernandez; though Casillas is so, even traveling  across U.S. in summer. They have some common characteristics.
-They say nothing when they talk, as bad politicians does.
-They say what is right. The one from  Tarrasa what is right in Catalonia mainly.
-They are monotonous and tasteless. Del Bosque as a player it was apparently very monotonous. Slow, very slow, when he played in Europe with many problems. Any leader is not monotonous, except Alexander the Great , because he had Aristotle as teacher. Any leader, well, there's a time when he/she have to decide between his/her interests and those of the group to lead and sacrifice him/her self.
-The three of them have luck with the ball. Casillas the most
-I doubt they would success  outside Spain/Catalonia. Del Bosque already demonstrated it. There are not universal. A leader is universal. Which would they do in other teams? The real phenomenon and leader would success, these...A shame not to be able to demonstrate it, because they feel so good here, they do not move.
-They do not have clear ideas. Or they hide them.
-And they almost always win.
If all above is said by Mr. Mourinho, he will be kicked out of here. Well, he did it himself.
Did you see the face of X. Hernández watching the sub-21 European Cup final? He seems to be asking himself: they are not playing as I say and they win? No wonder, have I found something? Is any of them from Tarrasa ?
Impossible, it's an illusion created by Mou.
